- @ 75% Spawning Pool → 1 Creep Colony
- 15 Gas x2
- @ 100 Gas → Lair
- @ 50% Lair → 2 Hydralisk Dens
- @ 100% Lair → Overlord Drop, Lurker, and Hydralisk Speed Upgrade
Strategy Tip: Send 3 overlords to the edge of the cliff. You'll be unloading them right off the enemy's cliff.
Transition
- Get Hydralisk Range upgrade and start droning as much as possible.
- Aim to have 7-10 Hydralisks in base by 7-8 minutes to deal with drops.
- Expand to 7 hatcheries, acquire 2 more gases, and build 2 chambers for upgrades. Transition into standard 7 Hatch Hydralisk play.
